- March 15, 2017 – Jaewon Kim wins the best project prize (2nd year PhD) at the DOC Google Poster Competition.

- May 9, 2016 – Our EG 2016 paper on “Near Instant Facial Capture” in collaboration with the USC-ICT Graphics Lab is featured in the paper’s trailer and main page of Eurographics 2016.
- May 5-6, 2016 – Dr Abhijeet Ghosh is organizing a Royal Society scientific seminar on “Imaging in Graphics, Vision & Beyond” at the Kavli Royal Society International Center.
- February 29, 2016 – Dr Daljit Singh Dhillon joins the RGI group as a visiting researcher on a prestigious Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) Mobility fellowship.
- August 20, 2015 – SIGGRAPH 2015 paper on skin microgeometry deformation (collaboration with USC-ICT) featured by Imperial communications, as well as on Imperial’s main page (25th August, 2015).
- April 30, 2015 – Jérémy Riviere is a finalist for the Qualcomm Cambridge Innovation PhD Fellowship.
