Registration

The deadline for all applications was Monday 17th July at 17:00. Details of the 2024 VeTSS Summer School and of the registration deadline will be published here later in the year, or you can join our Zulip channel to keep up to date with events and funding news. Just email us to request a Zulip registration link.

The school is open to PhD students and early career researchers working on program analysis, testing and verification.

All participants must attend the three days of the Summer school and take an active part in the talks and discussions.

Women and anyone currently underrepresented in the field of Computer Science are especially welcome to apply.

Registration fee

We are committed to make the school as accessible as possible and to that end we will not charge a registration fee. If you are accepted to take part in the Summer school, we will offer you free accommodation at the Surrey university Stag Hill campus for three days.

Breakfast, lunches and refreshments for the three days will also be covered, as well as the conference dinner. Evening meals (except for the conference dinner) are NOT included with the registration.

Travel costs

Travel to and from the summer school is not included with the registration. We anticipate that your university or supervisor will fund your travel costs to attend the school.

How to apply

All received applications have now been forwarded to the organising committee, and we have informed all successful applicants.

We are aiming to have a diverse conference and want to encourage participation by those currently underrepresented in PL and verification, so we will ask details about this on the application form. These questions are entirely optional and you do not need to answer them if you do not wish to. This will not affect your application.

Deadline

Applicants will be informed of the organising committee decision by email. Please note that their decision will be final.

If you have any questions about completing the form or about the registration process, just send us an email at contact@vetss.org.uk

Code of Conduct

All participants are required to agree to adhere to this code of conduct.
