Outreach
I developed and manage an outreach programme for the department. Using our own students and alumni we delver activities to inspire children (especially girl) to study and pursue a career in computing. You can see our programmes in our outreach page.
Other
I am the Academic Leader for the Anita Borg Institute Local London. We have organised the first one day Grace Hopper Celebration outside the USA. The event celebrated women in technology and attracted almost 300 female technologists at all career stages. The Department paid for 3 female students to attend the event as part of our commitment to support the careers of our female cohort .
I am currently doing a PG Diploma in University Teaching and Learning
