Milan Kabáč is a Research Associate in the AESE research group at Imperial College London, where he has been a member since January 2017. He completed his Ph.D. in Software Engineering at University of Bordeaux in 2016. He obtained an MSc degree in Software Engineering from University of Bordeaux, France in 2012 and a BSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Žilina Slovakia, in 2009. His research interests lie in the areas of software engineering, domain-specific languages and programming frameworks. His work focuses on techniques for supporting the design and programming of applications for large-scale smart spaces comprising massive amounts of sensors. He is currently investigating how software engineering techniques and design languages can be leveraged to enable the deployment, execution and maintenance of multiple applications over a single sensor network infrastructure.
